Roxana is the EY Greece Infrastructure Advisory practice director and part of the wider EMEIA Infrastructure Advisory Group of EY. Roxana is one of the most experienced PPP, Concessions, and infrastructure advisory directors in Greece and the CESA region (30 countries) across consultancy firms practicing in the field. Her project experience includes Europe, Africa, and Asia, and advisory on more than Euro 20 bn investment projects.

She also had an internal EY business development management role supporting the internal leadership for EY's global EBRD account, as well as a role in supporting EY's EU accounts. Roxana's expertise covers strategic investments cross-sector, PPPs, concessions, and infrastructure advisory, leading projects from idea to financial close, construction monitoring, operations commissioning, market testing, refinancing, and handover/exit. She brings almost 20 years (the majority with EY) of experience in the corporate finance discipline, including financial consultancy work assisting the management of public and private entities in infrastructure (PPP/concessions) procurement structuring, privatization option analysis in multi-assets deals, assistance in fundraising and complex PPP funding models on a cross-sector basis.
